You should invest in products because the chemicals in ordinary shampoos and conditioners are too difficult for wigs and too difficult for synthetic wigs. Conventional shampoos/conditioners can destroy the texture of the hair and sometimes make the hair tangled. The techniques used when washing wigs should also be different.
